6. Blood Pancakes
These crispy, thin pancakes popular in Finland (veriohukainen) and Sweden (blodplättar) are pretty much just like regular pancakes—apart from the fact that blood is incorporated of course. It can be served with pork or reindeer meat but has also been known to be eaten with lingonberry jam.
