Okay so maybe not “vampires” per se because we all know they drink raw, human blood! While some cultures consider it taboo to consume animal blood, this unusual ingredient has become commonplace in others. There aren’t many differences in food preparation when it comes to blood as it has been incorporated into many different types of sausages, soups, stews, and even some deserts, however, it’s also safe to argue that the appearance it gives to food makes things rather interesting.
