Tamale Rocks was in the ladies restroom getting ready for her gig in comedy club Cigars & Stripes, when she noticed something very strange. Right in front of the cubical in the restroom was a full length mirror.
Now you may think that this would just be for girl’s to have a look at their outfit in the mirror, but Tamale was suspicious. The mirror was on a door, and when she checked the handle, she found it was unlocked.
Behind the door was a room full of junk (below), but it was when she turned round and looked at the mirror that things got super creepy.
Turns out the mirror is a two-way mirror and anyone inside the (unlocked) room would have a full view of the ladies restroom (and cubicle)!
Needless to say, when Tamale posted the video of her findings on facebook (which you’ll find at the end of this post) people were asking serious questions. The bar’s YELP page was inundated…
Now, we’ll leave you to make up your own mind on this, but bar owner Ronnie Lotz claims the mirror is completely innocent, some sort of weird halloween joke. In fact, he seems completely unphased by the negative publicity telling Jezebel.com: –
I will burn this f******* place to the ground before I get rid of that mirror. Do you know how much joy that mirror has brought to us? We’re synonymous with Halloween. We do a freaky family fun day, and all the kids look in the mirror. This is a fun house, honey, and if you don’t like the two-way mirror, go f*** yourself
I’m not sure I’m buying that…
