The finale focuses on J.D’s last day at Sacred Heart Hospital as he says his goodbyes (hoping for big ones), reminisces about all the people he has met and how far he has come and finally gets to find out the name of the janitor!
There is a perfect balance of happy notes and sad notes, which is fitting for a show that so often mixed comedy and tragedy and as usual with Scrubs some great choices of background music.
