Why It’s Perfect…

[adsense-inline]Buffy The Vampire slayer was another genre defining show, airing from 1997 to 2003 and starring Sarah Michelle Geller as the eponymous slayer.
The last episode of Buffy, called ‘Chosen’ focuses on the events leading up to and including the final battle between the Potential Slayers and The First Evil. It doesn’t disappoint and the action is epic, plus we get a lot of confusion over love and feelings between Buffy, Spike and Angel (although admittedly he isn’t in it for very long).
After the devastating battle and the destruction of the Hellmouth, Buffy and her friends stand over a large crater, which is now all that is left of Sunnydale. In the final scene Dawn asks “What are we going to do now?” and Buffy slowly begins to enigmatically smile as she contemplates the future ahead of her. Another perfect ending!
